Reserving Space on Campus
Before your organization submits an event registration form, your organization must reserve space.
For any space within Kennedy Union or the Central Mall (KU Field) and most other campus spaces, you can book the space directly on the event registration form, or utilize the reservation request form through 25Live.
Alternate Locations
Some campus locations do not utilize 25Live for reservations.
ArtStreet
- Any registered student organization can request use of Studio C, E, or the amphitheater. If hosting a band or other performing guest, all bands and live performers expectations must be met through CSI. An event may be requested outside of normal hours, but will only be approved based on the staff availability of ArtStreet. If you have any questions, please visit the Brook Center website.
Campus Recreation
- Information about space rentals for the RecPlex and Stuart Field can be found on the Campus Recreation website. This site includes information about available hours and associated costs. Organizations should complete the Facilities Request form.
