Rosters
Maintaining an accurate roster is essential for clear communication, risk management, and the overall success of your student organization. All Recognized Student Organizations are required to actively manage their membership records within the 1850 platform.
- Active Participants: Your roster must be maintained regularly and should accurately reflect only the active members who are currently participating in the organization's operations, meetings, and events.
- Officer Positions: All organization officers must be explicitly listed on the 1850 roster alongside their respective, up-to-date position titles (e.g., President, Treasurer, Risk Manager).
Why is this important?
Keeping your roster and leadership titles current ensures that the Center for Student Involvement (CSI) can verify your organization's active status. It also guarantees that the correct student leaders receive critical administrative updates, event approvals, and mandatory training notifications without delay.
