Issues Viewing Badge Details
We are aware of a current issue with students being able to view the details of Badge earnings and believe the issue will be resolved some time this week. While you should still be able to see the number of times you have earned the PATH (19-20) badge (which equates to the number of points, you have earned), students are not able to see the specific events that yielded each badge. In the interim, to verify that you have received participation credit for PATH eligible events that you have attended you can do the following:
Over the course of the year, you can track all of your campus involvement from various organizations, as well as keep track of the number of PATH credit (identified through the PATH "Badge") that you have accumulated.
A step-by-step guide for how you can track your personal PATH earnings is available here and outlines how to view your points on the 1850 desktop version, as well as via the iOS app. The app version of viewing group badges is still being developed so it may have limited details for the time being.
A few important things to note, to ensure you are interpreting your information accurately.
While we are unable to share the exact points that other members within a group have earned, during the housing application process in February and March, each individual will be able to see their group’s point total and likelihood of receiving housing based on the indicated group size.
Interested in becoming a Certified Partner so that your office, club, or student organization can work with AVIATE to facilitate PATH-eligible opportunities? By attending one, one-hour training, you will learn all the criteria and steps needed to submit event requests for the entire 2019-2020 academic year! Only one representative must be trained in order to submit on behalf of your office or organization (at least one "Certified Partner" must be present at any approved PATH-eligible event). To get started, register for one of our upcoming trainings, or contact us at aviate@udayton.edu to learn more! Please note: Campus Partner trainings are not PATH-eligible.
Please contact aviate@udayton.edu to schedule a time.
