AVIATE Alignment: COMMUNITY LIVING

Life Hacks workshops are designed to provide resources and strategies to overcome everyday challenges.  This workshop's focus is mental health in college.  Join us to learn about the prevalence of mental health challenges among college students nationally and at UD.  Further learn practical strategies to manage your mental health, promote your overall wellbeing and foster a community of care.

PLEASE NOTE: Space may be limited and admission is not guaranteed. Seats may not be reserved for others as it is first-come-first-serve and all participants are asked to wait outside of the room in an orderly and respectful fashion until a facilitator is present and ready for individuals to begin being seated. PATH credit will only be issued to those who remain for the duration of the event.
