SGA Fall & Spring Funding Weeks

Funding Request Process:

The primary funds allocation process is the Fall and Spring Funding Week. During this process, organizations are eligible to apply for up to $1,000.00 in organization funding. Funds are distributed equally based on the number of applications, SGA funding priorities, and available funds.

The process for submitting a funding request can be found on the Student Organization Financial Management Tool.

If an organization is looking to receive more funds than the $1,000, they must apply through the Funding week process, then submit an additional application through the Special Requests process. Once a request is approved, you will be notified of the amount and given instructions on how to collect it. The receipts from the event must be submitted on 1850 within two weeks after the event has taken place to be able to collect funds.
