Primary Recruitment Schedule Spring 2025

FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 1 - Recruitment Registration Opens!

SUNDAY, JANUARY 19 - Recruitment Registration Closes

Registration will close January 19th at 11:55 PM EST

SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 2 - Primary Recruitment Orientation

On this day, your Rho Gamma group will meet for small group activities to get to know each other and complete activities to help you know what to look for in a sorority during recruitment. Orientation will also go over all the details of the upcoming recruitment weekend.

THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 6 OR FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 7- Sisterhood Round

This initial round is designed to familiarize you with the Panhellenic Community. On this day, sororities present information about the bonds that unite their members. During this day, chapters are excited to share a glimpse of their sisterhood and members' friendship with PNMs. You will be visiting all 8 chapters all on one day, either Thursday or Friday.

SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 8 - Philanthropy Round

This day marks the beginning of invitational rounds, during which PNMs can be invited to a maximum of 5 chapter functions. Philanthropy round focuses on each sorority's community service activities and explains the chapter's philanthropy. Chapters share what the time commitment of their sorority experience looks like. This is a great opportunity for PNMs to ask chapters about their membership requirements.

SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 9 - Preference Round

Preference rounds will reflect the values and ideals held in high esteem by members. Functions are expected to be a bit more serious than previous rounds, as this is the last round of sorority recruitment. To help you in deciding what chapter is the best fit for you, you'll be able to attend a maximum of 2 chapter functions during this round.

MONDAY, FEBRUARY 10 - Bid Night

Bid Night is the final day of primary recruitment. This is when new members receive their invitations, known as bids, to join a sorority. It is an exciting day when new members meet their new sisters and find out what sorority their Rho Gamma is a member of. Following bid night, there will be an opportunity for the new members to come to the chapter house to celebrate their new homes!
