Diversity in Leadership: Dialogue Through Difference

Diversity in Leadership: Dialogue Through Difference is an online module available through the Student Leadership Programs Office's Isidore site.

To be added to the Isidore site:

1. Find the "membership" button in the menu bar in the top left of your Isidore homepage.
2. Click "joinable sites" and the click "join" next to Student Leadership Programs.
3. If you have already been added to the site, the module can be found by going to the PATH Modules tab.

This online Isidore module focuses on summarizing leadership for the common good, describing key aspects of identity and how they impact the lens through which you approach leadership, comparing the concepts of discussion, dialogue, and debate, and defining key elements of multi-partiality and how it can be useful in dialogue. In this module, students will be asked to watch a video presentation and follow a long through activities and reflections in the Isidore module.

Intended Learning Outcomes:
As a result of attending this event, students will be able to...

1. articulate the concept of leadership for the common good in their own words.

PLEASE NOTE: Participation for this event will not be issued until the event has concluded. Please allow a minimum of one week following the conclusion of the event for PATH credit to be issued.
