About Us
Tau Beta Pi is The Engineering Honors Society. We focus on academics, service, networking, and social Events. As a chapter, we have monthly general meetings, biweekly officer meetings, and several other special events. As an organization, we are committed to supporting our members academically, professionally, and personally. We host events to build fellowship between our members and the engineering community as a whole. We conduct service projects in the local community, and we have hosted opportunities for students and professors to meet and network. Our society's symbol is "the Bent," which provides support to railroad tressels. Our Public Creed is "Integrity and Excellence in Engineering." Members of Tau Beta Pi are referred to as "Tau Bates."
