About Us

The primary mission of the organization includes getting involved in the greater Dayton community as well the campus community. A part of our mission is empowering women and the youth in the community. The mission will be accomplished by the goals of the organization which include, academic excellence, community service, cultural awareness, and sisterhood. The cygnets will be committed to the values of diversity and inclusion in order to attain and maintain excellence within the sisterhood providing women an equal opportunity without regard to race, age, sexual orientation, national origin, religion, marital status or disability.
