DIBC recruits each fall semester of the academic calendar year. The first cycle takes place in early September followed by the second cycle in the latter half of the fall semester. Our recruiting process is focused mainly on sophomores but juniors are considered. In the spring, DIBC hosts a one-credit hour course open to all freshmen interested in learning more about investment banking and DIBC as a whole.  Applications are encouraged regardless of your academic background or prior experience. In fact, the club has multiple members with a non-finance degrees including majors in mathematics and engineering.

Applications open at the beginning of the semester and will be sent out through the business school. Applications are also available for download above. Below is a general guideline of how our process works that include exact dates, times, and locations for the specific recruiting events. If you have any questions regarding the process please feel free to reach out to our email at dibcflyers@gmail.com.
