DIBA is recruiting in the Spring Semester. The recruitment process focuses on first year students who have an interest in the M&A space. Applications are encouraged regardless of your academic background or prior experience. In fact, the academy has multiple members with a non-finance degrees including majors in mathematics and engineering.
