Organizational Leadership: Developing Productive Relationships is an online module available through the Student Leadership Programs Office's Canvas site.

If you have already enrolled on the site, the module can be found by going to the PATH Modules tab. This Canvas module centers around understanding how to develop productive relationships and how they can impact a student's role as a leader. This module will give students the opportunity to dive into characteristics of productive relationships as well as being able to describe how identity impacts relationship building. Students will be encouraged to reflect on how identities and perspectives of others impact relationship building as well as how their actions and behaviors provide leadership that enhances the dignity of every individual. Please note: All PATH credit will be administered within a week of the module closing.

Intended Learning Outcomes:
As a result of attending this event, students will be able to...

1. articulate one meaningful thing they learned about leadership from this workshop that they can apply in their own life.

PLEASE NOTE: Participation for this event will not be issued until the event has concluded. Please allow a minimum of one week following the conclusion of the event for PATH credit to be issued.
