WHO SHOULD ATTEND: Criminal Justice Major/Minors, Psychology Major/Minors, Social Justice Majors/Minors, Pre-Law

We’ll be hosting exoneree Dean Gillispie, a Dayton native who served 20 years in prison for crimes he didn’t commit. To commemorate International Wrongful Conviction Day, there will be a brief presentation of the work of the Ohio Innocence Project and Dean’s case, then a Q&A with Dean. Refreshments served.

PLEASE NOTE: Space may be limited and admission is not guaranteed. Seats may not be reserved for others as it is first-come-first-serve and all participants are asked to wait outside of the room in an orderly and respectful fashion until a facilitator is present and ready for individuals to begin being seated. PATH credit will only be issued to those who remain for the duration of the event.
