Got You Covered: Write a Winning Cover Letter

WHO SHOULD ATTEND: All undergraduate and graduate level students within all majors who are in the process of applying for a job or admittance into a program, which may require the student submit a cover letter.

This event will be offered multiple times however students may only participate once for PATH credit. Additional opportunities will be available on the following date(s):

• Fall Date: September 24 at 7:00pm - 8:00pm in Adele Center Multip Purpose Room
• Spring Date: TBD

Learn how to correspond professionally and effectively with potential employers. You'll feel as though you 'got cover-letter writing covered' when you become familiar with basic cover letters used throughout the job search and interview process.

PLEASE NOTE: Space may be limited and admission is not guaranteed. Seats may not be reserved for others. Although registering for this Engagement Opportunity is available via the Handshake database it does NOT guarantee admittance. Therefore admittance to this Engagement Opportunity will be based on a first-come and all participants are asked to wait outside of the room in an orderly and respectful fashion until a facilitator is present and ready for individuals to begin being seated. PATH credit will only be issued to those who remain for the duration of the event.
