Not all leaders are corrupt. Not all corporations are evil. H&R Block is a household name for tax preparation, but you probably didn't know how the company is guided by purpose to enable financial freedom and build community block-by-block. Join alumnus Jeff Jones '90, president and CEO of H&R Block, to discuss serving the common good through a large business platform. Prior to H&R Block, Jones was the first president of the global ride sharing business, Uber. He has also served as executive vice president and chief marketing officer for Target. In addition, he has held executive and leadership roles serving iconic brands such as The Coca-Cola Company, Gap and Leo Burnett. With a commitment to equality, Jones is advancing work for justice and opportunity as a member of Fortune's CEO Initiative, and by pledging to the CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion, as well as the Catalyst CEO Champions for Change.
Jones hold a bachelor's degree in communication from the University of Dayton.
