Shwe Yin Aye – A refreshing Myanmar dessert made with coconut milk, sago pearls, jelly, food coloring, and bread or sticky rice, served over ice. Known for its creamy texture and cooling sweetness, it’s a popular treat during the hot season.

Kyouk Kyaw – A layered jelly dessert made from agar-agar, coconut milk, and brown sugar, creating brown stripes. Light and slightly chewy, it’s a festive sweet often enjoyed at celebrations.
