The Chapter of Excellence Assessment Program (CoE) is an evaluation of chapters' work over the course of one year. Chapters are evaluated on four areas; Scholarship, Friendship, Leadership, and Service. This documentation allows us to highlight chapters who are high achieving while providing additional support to chapters who are struggling to meet the Community standards.
