FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT BASELINE

Q: How do I know if I'm eligible for Baseline?
A: Students may be eligible for Baseline for a variety of reasons. Details about Baseline eligibility can be found on the Basics of Baseline resource.

Q: Where do I go to access the Baseline Request Form?
A: To access the Form, eligible students should follow the steps outlined below:

Visit myhousing.udayton.edu/StarRezPortalX
Click "Login" in the top right corner
Underneath UD Student Login Access click "Shibboleth"
You will be prompted to enter your UD Student ID and Password and complete the dual authentication process
Once in, click "AVIATE" from the menu at the top
Click "Apply" in the blue box next to "Baseline Application" and proceed with completing all subsequent responses

It is important to carefully review all eligibility criteria for Baseline points to determine whether or not you are eligibile. Details can be found in our Basics of Baseline resource.

Q: I'm studying eligible for Baseline in the spring, should I fill out a Baseline Request form now?
A: No. Baseline Request forms must be submitted during the semester for which one is eligible. A Spring Baseline Request form will be made available in February.

Q: When will I see my Baseline Points added to my 1850 account?
A: Fall Baseline PATH credits will be issued by January 13, 2020.

Q: Will Distance Opportunities impact how many Baseline Points I'm eligible for?
A: No. Distance opportunities DO NOT impact a student's baseline potential and can be completed to further supplement total earnings.
