About Us

UD 4 Paws is an organization that promotes information about service dogs in-training. Some students work as Volunteer Trainers or Volunteer Sitters with 4 Paws for Ability, an nonprofit organization in Xenia, OH that breeds, raises, and trains service dogs for children and veterans with disabilities. While others participate as organization members helping to promote information about service dogs. Our purpose, as volunteer trainers, is to expose the dogs to new environments and people in an attempt to ready them for advanced training whereby they go on to become an official service dog. Volunteer Trainers and club members will also be advocates for service dogs and the important work that they do to help people with disabilities.
