This event is going to be a Formal. Members of Pi Beta Phi and their guests will check-in for the event at the Pi Beta Phi house at 6:15 PM. Members will leave in groups with the assigned sober monitors for their groups. After members arrive at the venue Bar Granada, the event monitors will check to make sure there is no underage drinking or problematic behavior by any of the members or their guests. All attendees will conduct themselves in a respectful manner. Drinks will be served to those of legal age, and stop being served 1 hour before the event is over. During the 2.5 hours of this event, event monitors will also check to ensure people are not leaving early. The first group will be brought back at 9:00 PM to the Pi Beta Phi house for check out. After check out members will return home.
