Flyer Equities Group provides University of Dayton students with an applied, collaborative environment to develop practical investment skills and professional financial judgment. Our mission is to offer hands‑on experience in equity research, valuation, and portfolio construction, with a dedicated focus on managing a small‑cap investment portfolio responsibly and with integrity. We aim to prepare students for careers in finance by combining structured training, real‑world analysis, and a commitment to ethical decision‑making rooted in the values of the UD community.
