Founder & Managing Director, Isaac Grude

Isaac is a junior at the University of Dayton majoring in finance with a minor in accounting and insight sales. This past summer, Isaac interned at Robert W. Baird as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst located in Chicago. He recently accepted his full-time offer and will be returning there after graduating this May. In his free time, Isaac enjoys playing basketball, snow skiing, and watching the Cleveland Browns.

Senior Vice President, Ian Powers

Ian is a junior at the University of Dayton majoring in finance and accounting. During the summer of 2022, Ian will be interning in business development for Specialty Dental Brands in Nashville. Next year, he will be with Brown Gibbons Lang & Co. as an investment banking summer analyst in their Cleveland office. In his free time, Ian enjoys fitness, playing lacrosse, and watching the Columbus Blue Jackets.

Vice President of Education, Casey Fuller

Casey is a rising junior at the University of Dayton majoring in finance and minoring in accounting. This past spring, he interned at Carleton McKenna & Co. as an investment banking seasonal analyst. This summer, Casey will be studying abroad in Barcelona through Dayton’s Business in Spain program. In his free time, Casey enjoys hiking, volunteering, and spending time with his friends outside of class.

Vice Present of Education, John Connor

John Connor is a rising junior at the University of Dayton studying economics and finance. This past spring, John interned with Dresner Partners as a seasonal Spring Analyst. This upcoming summer, John will be working with Capstone Partners as a Summer Analyst in Colorado. Outside of work and school, John enjoys skiing, watching hockey, hanging out with friends, and spending time outdoors.

Vice President of Recruitment, Nora Jackson

Nora is a rising junior majoring in finance with a marketing minor. This past spring, she interned at Carleton McKenna & Co. as a seasonal investment banking intern, and this summer she will be interning with Specialty Dental Brands in Nashville, Tennessee. Next summer, she will be interning at Bank of America in their New York office as a 2023 investment banking summer analyst. In her free time, Nora likes to workout, travel, and hang out with her friends.

Vice President of Banking, Ian Hale

Ian is a rising junior majoring in finance and accounting. This past spring, he interned at Carleton McKenna & Co. as a seasonal investment banking intern, and this summer he will be interning as a Private Credit intern with White Oak Global Advisors at their New York office. Following this summer, he will be interning at Brown Gibbons Lang & Co. as a 2023 investment banking summer analyst. During his free time, Ian watches sports and works out.

Faculty Advisor, Xinyan Yan

Xinyan Yan joined the Department of Finance in 2016 after completing her Ph.D. in Finance at the University of Alabama. She also holds a bachelor's degree in mathematics from Birmingham-Southern College. Dr. Yan's research interests include empirical corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate culture. She currently teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions.
