Introducing 1850, Student Organization Software
The Center for Student Involvement would like to introduce you to the new organization software system, 1850 powered by Campus Groups. 1850 will be the platform for students and organizations to utilize their on campus involvement. Similar to our pervious systems, students can look up events, news, ride boards, and organizations to join.
Registered Student Organizations can utilize the platform to maintain their day to day business and tasks, register events, fill out imprinting and flyer approval forms, and access files for the betterment of their org! Student organizations can also use it to store organizational specific forms that you and you members will need (e.g. Constitutions, Bylaws, event documents, pictures, etc.)
For Students, you can search various opportunities to get and stay involved with activities, events, and organizations. You can track attendance to certain university events, as well as, set tasks and event reminders to things you RSVP'd too!
We are still working on adding membership rosters and organization documents to 1850, so please be patient as we upload them! In the meantime, be sure to downlowad the CampusGroups app from the Google Playstore or Apple Appstore!

UP THE ORGS
Friday, August 24th, 3:30pm-5:30pm
KU Central Mall
Organizations who have completed the final checkpoints and re-recognition are automatically given a table for Up the Orgs. The Center for Student Involvement is working on finalizing the layout for the event.
Please remember if organization plan on having T-shirts made, they must be approved by the Center for Student Involvement first. You can fill out the form here.
Student organization leadership will be sent their table locations prior to the events, so all you will need to do is show up and find your table! A list will be uploaded to 1850 in the CSI portal, next week.
Students looking to meet our student organizations can see the details of Up the Orgs. (This is not for registration for tables).

Fall Presidents Meeting
Wednesday, August 29th 6:00pm
KU Ballroom
All Registered Student Organization Presidents, please SAVE THE DATE. Join the Center for Student Involvement in the newly renovated Ballroom! Here we will introduce the Center for Student Involvement, other campus partners and review some new changes to the Student Organization Policies, as well as, introduce the 1850 software. This meeting is a mandatory meeting for all organization presidents to maintain a "good" standing for their organization with CSI.
*If you are a organization president and cannot attend due to class, it is your responsiblity to send another executive member in your place.
