All are welcome, men and women, no experience or years.
Monday September 2nd and Wednesday September 4th from 5 to 6:30 pm
Location: MAC GYM 6 @ the REC
No experience or equipment needed.
What to Bring:
- Water
- Shoes you can run in
That's it. It'll be formatted like our regular practices, with a little extra cardio! Consider it a free intro to boxing class. Feel free to contact me or any of our exec team if you have any more questions!

An entirely student-ran organization, open to all levels of experience, that comes together to train in boxing technique and conditioning.
The University of Dayton's Club Boxing team brings together individuals of all skill levels to train in boxing technique and conditioning. Practices consist of both conditioning focused and technique focused workouts. Our team's conditioning consist of high intensity cardiovascular exercises and various circuit workouts. Our technique training includes various skills drills as well as beginning, intermediate, and advanced levels of sparring.
