Fall Leadership Conference: Step into Leadership

The Fall Leadership Conference is designed to help students explore their identities as they develop as socially responsible leaders. 

The conference features keynote speaker Payton Head and presentations from University of Dayton Faculty, Staff, and Students.

By attending the conference,

• Students will be able to identify similarities between their own leadership style and aspects of leadership that the University of Dayton values such as, working with others, leading through difference, and service 
• Students will commit to making one change in their classroom, organization, or community 
• Students will be able to create a working definition of leadership including some of the following: 
  • Connect leadership skills to Marianist values
  • Leadership as an action 
  • Leadership as a shared responsibility
