About Us
The Culinary Club of the University of Dayton seeks to create and promote an interest in Culinary Arts within the Student Body. Our mission is to teach basic culinary skills through hands-on learning and educational experiences. This organization will provide opportunities to cook with local ingredients sourced from the Dayton community. Members will gain knowledge about professional culinary experience with guidance from chefs and experts in the field. This opportunity will enhance members’ natural ability to cook in a controlled setting with proper tools and techniques.
